"There was an issue as I had used our home number as the contact number. It took about 40 minutes to sort it out and eventually locate our driver, who had waited. We were quite quick getting through baggage and passport control so I suspect we were 'through' before the driver arrived. He then stood against the barrier displaying our name, but of course we were behind him so couldn't see it.
Anyway, it all turned out OK.
I had made the booking at home so presumed that the home number was required in case you needed to contact me about the booking. Perhaps your booking form needs to state 'mobile' contact number. "
